Sweet Tooth

Okay so I am going on a sweet strike this next month. Yes it is October and the time for Halloween candy. Guess what that is at the end of the month! So let's do this and make it until end of October, we may not even feel the need to indulge in some cookie dough right? Yes I am talking to you. SO let's do this together. WHO IS WITH ME? Why you ask? Because Halloween will taste so much sweeter, and you will feel better about yourself. The times where I am craving something sweet is sometimes mid day but mostly at night. Any suggestions on how to cut off the sweet tooth late at night?
