Peanut Butter Rice Crispy




These treats are so good and so good for you. I actually learned how to make them from a food storage lesson at church. They are a mid day sweet snack!

Ingredients:
1/3 coconut oil
1 tbs. cinnamon
3 cups brown rice crisps 
2 cups of bran cereal
1/2 or more of PB or Better N PeanutButter (Low Sodium) brand

And ta da! These are great frozen too!



Goji Hemp and Oat Bars

These are exceptionally good, I made these from my new cookbook Super Food Kitchen Cookbook just click on the link and it will take you to Amazon. They are delicious granola bars and super healthy. They have a ton of antioxidants and energy boosting power to keep you going all day! Plus they are gluten free, you don't have to make them this way but I already had the stuff!
Ingredients:
1/4 +1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 cup of Medjool dates, I did 1/4 cup and it was plenty too, but if you want it really sweet like a cookie tasting then add more
1/4 cup almond milk or hemp milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds
11/2 cups of rolled oats (gluten free)
1/2 cup wheat flour (gluten free)
3/4 baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup hemp seeds

Add ins: cacao nibs for more of a chocolate raw granola bar
I blended mine in my Kitchen Aid and then spread them on a baking sheet at 350 for 12 mins. Precut them before you bake. And there ya go! Delicioso.
